Simple/minor improvements. Adding missing descriptions or datasheets.

I think that a few of these switches could benefit from a name change following the new switch name convention (https://github.com/KiCad/kicad-symbols/issues/580#issuecomment-450632899) but at the moment I'm just submitting these minor straightforward improvements.
