Add Bourns CD-DF4xxS footprint

The recommended footprint is just slightly different, but this is also compatible with Comchip Z4DG4xxL found at http://www.comchiptech.com/admin/files/product/Z4DGP406L-HF%20Thru.%20Z4DGP410L-HF%20RevC.pdf.

All contributions to the kicad library must follow the KiCad library convention

  • An example screenshot image is very helpful
  • If there are matching symbol or 3D model pull requests, provide link(s) as appropriate
  • Check the output of the Travis automated check scripts - fix any errors as required
  • Give a reason behind any intentional library convention rule violation.
