Correct dimensions on Keystone 2468

While looking at https://github.com/KiCad/kicad-footprints/pull/1501, I found several dimensions were wrong and wanted to clean up and align this footprint to match the datasheet exactly. No dimensions because you can see outside of newer formatting the dimensions are almost the same as before.
