Creation of Mini-PCIe cards according to Mini-PCIe specifications (https://s3.amazonaws.com/fit-iot/download/facet-cards/documents/PCI_Express_miniCard_Electromechanical_specs_rev1.2.pdf).

Half card and full card have an Edge.Cuts layer added by hand. In this case it is very useful to get the correct size of the card.
