Fix wrong footprint

I'm really, really sorry, but I had a wrong footprint in #1337, which already got merged into master. The footprint VQFN-28-1EP_4x4mm_P0.4mm_EP2.4x2.4mm should have been VQFN-28-1EP_4x4mm_P0.45mm_EP2.4x2.4mm, which I just now recognized and fixed. Again, I'm really sorry and ask you to excuse my mistake.
