Rework TO-92

This is an effort to remake all TO-92 (and variants) 3D models and to clean up naming a bit. I simplified the nomencature a bit: TO-92[L|S|Mini][-2][_Inline][_Narrow|_Wide][_Horizontal(1|2)]

i.e.:

• L/S/Mini: package size modifier
• -2 pin-cpunt for 2-pin packages
• _Inline inline-pins vs. pins on circle:
• Narrow/Wide: pin-distance:
• Horizontal: Horizontal-mount, different sides up (1 or 2)

What do you all think about this nomenclature and the look?
