add Bourns SRF0905 line filter

SMD line-filter, or common-mode choke.

Open Questions:

  • in older (v4?) symbol libraries the "CM-CHOKE" symbol was suitable. In the new v5 libraries "EMI_Filter_LL" comes close, but has the wrong pin numbering. New symbol suggestion: https://github.com/KiCad/kicad-symbols/pull/1338
  • I have placed it in the Filter library, but maybe some other place is better for a common-mode choke or line-filter?
