Fixup of the Laird Technologies rf shields

No dimension changes or moving part, just the following Added link to datasheet link layer F.Fab changed from 0.15 to 0.10 layer F.SilkS changed from 0.15 to 0.12 added missing 3D model

I have not addressed the travis error about pad 1 to easy the workload, should this be fixed too ?
