Add new bridge rectifier generator, with example TSMC TS-6P package

This MR adds a new generator for diode bridge rectifiers, using current StandardBox generator used in Converter_ACDC_DCDC generator.

This new generator is only a wrapper which calls the Converter_ACDC_DCDC generator.

Regarding TS-6P package:

it currently doesn't consider the tolerances in general dimensions neither body to pin distance, which would be needed to ensure there's enough space left for this component.
