Fix BAG pad names for Texas_MicroStar_Junior_BGA-113

John Beard requested to merge johnbeard/kicad-footprint-generator:fix_microstar_113 into master

Implement the fix for kicad-footprints#2595 (closed) as also implemented in kicad-footprints!3089 (merged) in the generator as this part was already in the generator definitions.

Also should fix some KLC issues in the FP (zero-length silk line and 3D path).
