Changed the script conn_molex_micro-fit-3.0_tht_top_single_row.py to add 43650-xx18

Have added the pegs as MP because to be able to solder to give extra reinforcement. Because this change the Annular ring width is 2*0.075 (identical snap-eda footprint), it is very close to the connector pins.
