Changed the script conn_molex_micro-fit-3.0_tht_top_dual_row.py to add 43045-xx24

Have added the pegs as MP because to be able to solder to give extra reinforcement. In the Connector_Molex.pretty have some connectors with pegs but some are NPTH and some are THT but don't have Pad number. Probably should be revised to have the same style.
