This MR add LGA-8_8x6mm_P1.27mm, a form of LGA used by some Chinese chip manufacturers, in particular for SD NAND memories.

I chose not to prefix the footprint with the manufacturer's name (XTX) because I found another documentation from which appears to be another constructor (Zetta) with the same footprint.

PRs integrating XTX and Zetta symbols in SLC will arrive shortly. Update: Apparently, Zetta does not produce SLC chips. Should I continue without the prefix?
