Added LFCSP-40-1EP_6x6mm_P0.5mm_EP4.6x4.6mm
This is to revive: kicad-footprints!2849 (merged)

The only difference with Jedec MO-220 variant VJJD-5 is exposed pad size (square 4.50 ... 4.65 ... 4.80mm). I added this one as another footprint.
