Inductor_SMD: expand generator and use it for more parts

This expands and simplifies the calculation of the landing sizes. It expands the documentation and examples on using this generator, it then uses this to add many families.

Individual commits have more details, but are submitted here as a batch to keep them together for review. @gcormier you might be interested in some of this.
