Inductor_SMD: Add Chilisin BMRx family.

This uses a new style of generator that itself generates yaml for existing scripts. This is easier to compare against tables of datasheet values than the raw Inductor_SMD.yml format.

This supersedes !681 (closed) which manually entered the data to the .yml file.
