fix broken webpage links

Frank Loesche requested to merge fr_nk/kicad-footprint-generator:fix-links-phoenix into master

The data sheets at the specified URLS at conrad.com and mouser.com are no longer available. Previously one arbitrary data sheet was used per class and pitch. Instead PhoenixContact provides one data sheet for each terminal block per class, pitch, and pin number, accessible through the product ID. This patch generates one URL per individual terminal block for all the links that were previously broken. Working links are left intact.
