Add JST JQ Top-Entry series of connectors.
This is a Board2board connector mating with standard XH type connectors. Therefore, this only adds the socket type headers.

Orientation is key here and this can easily be turned 180° by assembly, hence I've added more silkscreen lines than strictly neccessary. The functional part of the footprint is (besides some Y offset) identical to existing XH connectors and the script is derived from XH as well.
