TSSOP-16_4.4x5mm_P0.65mm is a common package based on a JEDEC standard. Some manufacturers have their own names for it:

Merging !1176 (merged) is not technically needed, but if not the diffs are ugly and polluted with quite a few meaningless differences.

So for that reason the generated output uses the new ordering.
