CI: add various Packages, Inductor_SMD and Converters to the generate script

Add to the CI generate.sh scripts added in !1125 (merged):

• Adds the Gullwing, DIP, PLCC, BGA IPC generators
• Converter_DCDC_ACDC:
  • clean up yml/yaml differences (and move the files to a size_definitions subdirectory while touching the filenames)
• Inductor_SMD

This means the generators can be run in the CI pipelines.

There was a fix for some broken YAML, but that was fixed in !1151 (merged), so I rebased over that. This very CI script will prevent that being possible in future!
