Added 'Linear-DDB' to the keywords of DFN-8-1EP_2x3mm_P0.5mm_EP0.61x2.2mm

This MR is a follow-up to the request by @ulikoehler: kicad-footprints!3650 (comment 1916486853) and adds the Linear-DDB keyword via compatible_mpns to the DFN-8-1EP_2x3mm_P0.5mm_EP0.61x2.2mm footprint.

The footprint MR that goes with this is: kicad-footprints!3665 (merged)
