bga/csp: Add packages for ST's latest STM32 chips
This MR adds a few CSPs and BGAs for new additions in ST's STM32 microcontroller series.
These footprints are needed for the new symbols. The symbol generator MR is kicad-library-utils!532
The corresponding footprint library MR is kicad-footprints!3585 (merged)
