Fix datasheet URL for RS PRO DSUB connectors
http://www.electrocomponents.com is redirecting to https://www.rsgroup.com and this seems to be the matching datasheet.
(I split this out of !1084 (merged) for the sake of simplicity. This single commit should be a more straightforward to merge on its own.)
