Connector Generator: fix KLC F5.4 violations caused by overlapping Pin1 marker on Fab

This MR fixed KLC F5.4 violations caused by Pin1-marker overlaps with connector outlines.

It checks if the closing line of the Pin1 marker polygon overlaps with connector outline before adding it.
