Remove Samtec_HSEC8-109-01-X-DV and Samtec_HSEC8-109-01-X-DV-A from connector generator definitions

This MR removes

  • Samtec_HSEC8-109-01-X-DV_2x09_P0.8mm_Pol04_Socket and
  • Samtec_HSEC8-109-01-X-DV-A_2x09_P0.8mm_Pol04_Socket_AlignmentPins

from the definitions Samtec's HSEC8 connector series, as they are not available.
