Revise pin 1 silk for DFN, QFN, BGA

John Beard requested to merge johnbeard/kicad-footprint-generator:pin1_silk into master

This introduces a new pin 1 silk style, for now only for QFN, DFN and BGA. (DFN being the most confusing and complained about). edit New commit were added that also change the style for gullwing (SO, QFP, ..) packages.

It's designed to:

  • Be unambiguous: the triangle points exactly at pin 1
  • Be obvious and not mistakable for a "1" or "1" in a refdes nearby, or part of other silk markings
  • Degrade nicely - a dot is nearly as good
  • Avoid hollow shapes that won't print well
  • Stay mostly in the courtyard, and when not, allow side-by-side placement without being misleading

There are some prelude commits to introduce some useful geometry utils.
