Added SXN SMDRI... inductors

This is a small series of shielded standard SMD inductors from ~6x6mm to ~12.5x12.5mm from SXN. Datasheet Example product link
Since this MFR doesn't exist yet as YAML, I've added a new YAML and a new CSV here. I don't know if it is neccessary to add the YAML anywhere explicitly (e.g. add it to a list of YAML files, or if those are determined automatically).
This pull request is more or less similar to my Chilisin BWVS pull request (read: Any mistake I made there, probably I've made it here as well...).
I have manually cheked the dimensions for all the footprints.
