Creating new library defaults to saving in previously saved project

Description

When opening up a different project (new or previously saved), if you create a new library the save location is where you saved the previous project/library, and not the currrent project.

Not sure if this is expected but it's annoying and easy to save the library in the wrong project. (If it's expected, maybe a checkbox in KiCad to always save to current project would fix it?)

Expected behavior: The library should save to the current project you are working on.
