Creating new footprint library defaults to previously saved project folder
Description
This is similar to a issue I opened for libaries in the symbol editor, but now this is also present in the footprint libary.
When opening up a different project (new or previously saved), if you import a new footprint library the location is where you saved the previous project/library, and not the current project.
Steps to reproduce
- Open a project and in footprint editor create a new footprint and save to current project.
- Close project and open a different project. Create a new footprint library and import footprint.
The location defaults to the previous library and not the current library. (The same test with a symbol library works and defaults to the current project)
