Cadstar fixes #2

Fixes a number of issues related to loading of pads. In particular one issue reported in the forum (https://forum.kicad.info/t/work-in-progress-native-cadstar-importer/24665/57)

Also fixes a few issues in the pad edit dialog for custom shaped pads. In particular #6180 (closed)
