Add IDX support for ECAD / MCAD synchronization as defined here : https://ecad-mcad.org/

For now, this MR only supports importing IDX baseline ( the first file in the exchange ), but are still required:

  • supporting incremental changes
  • supporting IDX export

From the IDX example file ( available on the ecad-mcad website )
