Deprecate saving legacy file formats.
This merge request disable saving both the legacy schematic and symbol file formats. This means that you will have to convert any legacy symbol libraries to the new file format if you want to edit them. The ETA to merge this is the end of May at which point, the new file formats will be open for new features. Please let me know if you find any issues.
