Draft: Schematic Design Blocks
Very WIP design blocks; some of the code is very rough. Feedback desired.
In general, schematic design blocks are simply schematic sheet files. I have upgraded and unified the schematic sheet import code and schematic design blocks. They both now allow placing sheets/blocks as a sheet or the contents directly on the canvas with repeated placements, annotation preservation, etc.
The UI for managing design block libraries is present. As is the UI for placing existing design blocks. However, I have not implemented the UI for creating new block libs, adding items to block libs, or deleting/modifying existing libs. I think discussion about what this would look like is warranted, and what can be done in the near term future.
