CLI string fixups

A few fixups for help/error strings in the cli:

• make SVG export help strings always refer to the appropriate app, and use "PCB editor" instead of pcbnew.
• adjust phrasing in an error message
• capitalize Gerber (ref eg https://resources.altium.com/p/what-gerber-file-pcb-fabrication-process)
