No DRC report for bad track to via connection

Description

No DRC error is reported for 3V3 net, where via is connected to 3V3 track by just touching it. In comparison with Pad: Bottom GND track wich is laying far from center of the pad caused error: "Missing connection between items".

Via and track as at the screenshot, DRC check.
