    Description

Zones (both keepout and copper fills) don't have their locked status exposed like other objects but they are actually still (un)lockable through the toggle lock shortcut key.

I think that it makes sense that zones should be:

    1. Lockable just as any other object
    2. Have their locked status exposed at the bottom: image
    3. And have a checkbox for it in their settings: image

    Steps to reproduce

    1. None
