PCB Editor: Zone locked status should be exposed

Description
Zones (both keepout and copper fills) don't have their locked status exposed like other objects but they are actually still (un)lockable through the toggle lock shortcut key.
I think that it makes sense that zones should be:
- Lockable just as any other object
- Have their locked status exposed at the bottom:
- And have a checkbox for it in their settings:
