Symbol/Footprint Editor: Add expand-all & collapse-all buttons/hotkeys to library trees

Description

By default the symbol and footprint editor item navigators are collapsed but typing in a filter uncollapses all matching libraries.

Adding an option to quickly (un)collapse everything would be helpful for going through searches that have many matches.

Similarly, perhaps an option to not automatically uncollapse everything on a search?
