Wish: Allow live 3D update while move footprint on Pcbnew

It used to be possible to move the 3D shape while move on Pcbnew. 456112de

Related to #8068 (closed)

This option e0f26fd5 only updates when click or deselect the footprint.

Wish: to add an option to allow realtime update
