"Run Simulation" should open simulation settings if no sim command is defined
Description
Current behavior: if no sim command is defined (either on schematic or in simulation settings), "Run Simulation" brings up an error message: "You need to select the simulation settings first."
Desired behavior: instead of the error message, it should just bring up the simulation settings window so the user can set them directly.
Steps to reproduce
- Open a schematic with no sim command defined (blank works)
- Inspect -> Simulator
- Simulation -> Run Simulation
