Footprint Editor has invalid search paths for footprint wizards in nightly builds
Description
Currently, KiCAd nightly is missing footprint wizards in Ubuntu PPA. They are missing for at least 3 months now. This happened 9 days or less after #3910 (closed) was solved. Wizards from stable branch, from GitHub repo or GitLab repo (all 3 branches) are unusable and throw errors in nightly version. Stable version is currently OK. I didn't want to file this as an issue initially, but since there was no info published on why this happened (or I could not find it after hour spent on forums and tracker), I consider it as unintentional and thus a bug.
Forum thread with this problem is here: https://forum.kicad.info/t/footprint-wizards-missing-in-kicad-nightly-wizards-from-github-dont-work/26904/4
//EDIT: I changed the name of this issue because we found out that the culprit of this issue is incorrect search paths. See comments section please.
