Segmentation fault after placing multi unit symbol
Description
KiCad crashes with a segmentation fault after a multi-unit symbol is placed on the schematic, and after that another symbol is placed on the schematic.
Steps to reproduce
- Start new project.
- Open Eeschema.
- [a], (wait for libs to load), Type:"tl072", [Enter] (Place 2 of them on the schematic.)
- [a], (wait for libs to load), [r]
The "Choose Symbol" dialog does not select a resistor, as expected in step 4, but KiCad crashes with:
paul@medion:~$ kicad-nightly
Segmentation fault (core dumped)
KiCad only crashes if you select a new schematic symbol by typing on the keyboard. If you use the mouse to navigate through the symbols it works normally. KiCad crashes reliably. I may have 20+ core dumps now somewhere on my system. I'll try to look into them if it's useful to post one of them here.
