Saving new schematic library is still a legacy .lib file with legacy content
Description
Saving a symbol library files is still the legacy format.
Steps to reproduce
- Open a writable project
- Start eechema and then the symbol editor or just start the symbol editor directly
- File -> New library
- You get a save dialog, it only has file filter for .lib. If you save it somewhere writeable it does not contain s-expressions.
