Default hotkey overlap

Description

Steps to reproduce

  1. Preferences->Preferences->Hotkeys->Schematic Editor
  2. Check hotkey for Add Sheet and Swap. They're both s.
  3. Alternatively: Attempt to use the s hotkey to swap anything on the schematic. It can't seem to be done.

A quick survey (sort the list by hotkey) shows duplicate hotkeys for a number of things which are contextually exclusive, eg, placing a via and toggling layers (v) can share a hotkey, as they won't overlap. There are a few items where that is not the case, however.

Swap and Add sheet are among them. I think Add Pin, Add Power, and Probe Schematic are, too.
