Import Non-KiCad board shows IPC-2581 as an option (which is not supported)

In the PCB-editor, the import of IPC 2581 as non KiCad PCB data generates nothing (no PCB). I tried it with IPC8581 generated from KiCad and test files from http://www.ipc2581.com/ipc-2581-revc-test-cases/.
