Footprint Editor: Show area of selected pads in status bar

Description

• For calculating paste coverage, knowing the area (in mm²) of pads would be helpful
• Currently, when selecting multiple pads, the status bar shows the number of selected items
• It would be nice if if shows the common properties (all are pads, all are on the same layer)
• Additional, the area should be calculated and shown (Area: 4.2mm²)
