Board Editor: Popup menue in Toolbar (the one on the right) are not consistent
Description
Some of the tools in the toolbar on the left do have a small arrow in the lower right corner, implying that you can right click them to call additional tools. This does not seem to work correctly, or at least it is inconsistent. only the Route Track Tool behaves correctly, others either are missing the arrow, but have a menu, whilst others have an arrow, but don’t open the context menu. I was able to find this behavior in 8.0 as well as in the current 8.99 nightly. Sorry if this is a duplicate, I wasn’t able to find another issue related to this.
Steps to reproduce
- Open the Board Editor
- Right click on the Route Track Tool => Working as expected
- Right click on the Route Lenth Tool => No menu opens
- Right click on the Add Zone Tool => menu opens, even to there is no arrow in the corner.
