Pressing X to route single track does no longer start immediately
Description
Pressing the hotkey to route a single track (X
) or a differential pair (6
) used to start immediately if the curser was close to a selection or a net was already selected. In Version 8 this is no longer the case; an explicit mouse click is required.
Not sure if this is a bug or intended behavior. I personally liked the old behavior much more as it was much faster to use.
Steps to reproduce
- Press X to start routing when the curser is over a pad/track (or a pad/track is even selected).
- You explicetly have to mouse-click to start routing.
