The display Angle is not normal after importing DXF file.

Description

When designing PCB, I wanted to import the outer frame of a component. I designed this outer frame in AutoCAD. After importing KiCAD, the graphics were changed, and the Angle of some graphics was no longer the original Angle.

Steps to reproduce

  1. I designed the graph in AutoCAD and saved it as the oldest AutoCAD R12/LT2 DXF(*dxf) format, as shown below:

  2. I imported the generated dxf file into KiCAD PCB, and the graphics were deformed as shown bel 2

  3. I used LibreCAD to open the file and it was correct.

So I reported this problem and hope it can be solved. Thank you!
