Footprint editor: Pasting default properties does not apply teardrop settings

Description

The feature allowing applying default properties seems to ignore the teardrop settings.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open a footprint for editing
  2. Edit a pad, check Add teardrops on pad's track connections in the Connections tab
  3. Finish edit
  4. Right-click pad and choose Copy Pad properties to Default
  5. Select another pad
  6. Right-click pad and choose Paste Default Pad properties to Selected
  7. Edit the pad and check the Connections tab
