allow dragging analysis results in x- and y-direction with mouse wheel kept pressed

Description

After a simulation has finished, the diplayed time range in the plot can be moved with mouse wheel kept pressed. This works not for the voltage range in y-direction. It would very helpfull to it would be useful to simply find the area of interest.
